General Questions
Q: Are your products inspected?
A: All of our products are inspected and passed by the US Department of Agriculture.
Q: Are your products guaranteed?
A: Yes. We guarantee complete satisfaction on all your purchases.
Q: What is the shelf life of beef jerky?
A: Refer to the “best before” date printed on the package. Once opened, it should be consumed within 5 days.
Q: I'm interested in sampling the product. What is your Sample Policy?
A: We offer a Sample 3-pack; one of each flavor (Original, Teriyaki & Peppered) for $18.00 plus $4.95 shipping. This amount (less shipping) will be credited back to you on your first order.
Each sample will have either a blank or a random label. All samples are shipped Priority Mail.
Unfortunately we do not offer free samples.

Label Questions
Q: What is the size of the label?
A: The waterproof high-gloss labels are 5” x 4” (5 inches wide x 4 inches high).
Q: What types of graphic files can I use in my custom design?
A: Acceptable graphic formats we support are; JPG, GIF, BMP or PNG files.
Q: What is the maximum file size of an imported graphic or logo?
A: The maximum graphic that can be imported is 5MB
Q: What dpi (dots per inch) should my graphic be?
A: Your image should be set at 300 dpi.
Ordering Questions
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and payment through PayPal. All prices are stated in US Dollars.
Q: Do you accept any other forms of payment other than Visa, MasterCard and PayPal?
A: Not at this time. All orders must be secured with a valid credit card or through PayPal.
Q: Will information I provide for an order be kept confidential?
A: We value your privacy and DO NOT share our customer database with anyone. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Q: Do I have to give my phone number to place an order?
A: We ask for your phone number in case we have a question about your order or your shipping address. Your information will never be given out to any third-parties.
Sales Tax Information: Sales tax will not be charged on shipments outside of North Carolina.
All orders shipped to North Carolina addresses will be charged a 2% NC State food tax.
Shipping Questions
Q: Where can I ship my order to?
A: We offer shipping to all 50 states. We do not ship outside the United States or to P.O. Boxes. A $19.00 surcharge will apply on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Note: We regret we cannot deliver any product to Post Office boxes, APO and FPO addresses or Puerto Rico.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. You are notified via email with a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders will ship within three (3) business days.
Note: We do not assume responsibility for third-party shipping delays, or other delays due to incorrect or inadequate customer information.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Any unopened and resellable packages may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping) with a copy of the original invoice. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Exchanges and returns are subject to additional shipping charges.
